Billing/Payment Information

Hotel Booking Site - Opens 1/8/25 - 9am

$115 per participant (Advisor or Student) (Late Fee after Feb 16 is $135)
- Registration fees will cover lunch on Thursday & conference logistics and supply expenses
$55 each Chaperone/Guest (Late Fee after Feb 16 is $75)
Payments Due by February 28, 2025.
- Due date, not a "post marked by" date

All forms are required to be uploaded to the SLC Document section of the EMS Document Uploads by 11:59pm, March 11th.

Advisor Contract Form

Advisor Contract ONLY needs to be uploaded ONCE per academic year. You will be notified if we still need to get this form on file from you.

Photo/Film/Video Release - THIS FORM IS NEEDED FOR SOME EVENTS

There must be one Liability Release Signed Medical-Liability-Photo-Release Form and one Student Behavior Form for each member of the chapter delegation, including chapter advisor and chaperones. All forms are required to be uploaded to the SLC Document section of the EMS Document Uploads by March 11th.
A HARDCOPY OF EACH OF THE MED RELEASE FORMS SHOULD BE MUST BE KEPT BY THE CHAPTER ADVISORS AT THE CONFERENCE AND GIVEN TO APPROPRIATE MEDICAL AUTHORITIES IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.
All chapter members attending the State Leadership Conference must already be affiliated through National and Georgia TSA before registering. Do not wait until the last second to add students to your National TSA Database!
Registration tips: Online registration will open January 1st, 2025 in the EMS and must be completed by February 14, 2025 9:00pm
Please double check your registration as well as the “Add-ons”, “Events” and the Special Accommodations list. You have the option to edit until the posted registration deadline, but all registration MUST be completed by February 14th.
Only students that are nationally affiliated can be registered (there will be a green check at the right if they are “Verified”). Chaperones must also be added to the appropriate place in your roster to register them as well.

Each student must have signed all required forms completed and submitted. These forms are also available for download on the Georgia TSA website at www.gatsa.org . Each advisor should have a copy to turn it at registration as well as a copy for their records.
Chaperones should accompany your delegation at the ratio of 1:10 and be registered. There should be a male and female chaperone if there are male and female students in your delegation. If a male or female advisor from another chapter is serving as your chaperone, you need to book your hotel rooms together. This is for your protection. Chaperones will be responsible for the behavior of your delegation and for the transportation to the convention center and other places while on Jekyll Island.
Advisors are responsible for the supervision his/her delegation.
Make sure that your school delegation is appropriately dressed at all times while involved in official GA TSA functions.
